Refund policy

MPI Exhaust Tech. has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. Date is determined by the purchase date on order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mikespipesinc@gmail.com. If you require a return because of any other reason than it being the wrong kit or an incorrectly packaged kit, you will be responsible for the restocking fee of a Flat 30% of the purchase price. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once Approved you have 90-Days after purchase date to return item to MPI Exhaust. Any received items after this 90-day window will be denied delivery.     

MPI Exhaust isn't responsible for issuing a return label. Custom fabricated Pulse Chambers are a nonrefundable part.  You can always contact us for any return questions at mikespipesinc@gmail.com.

If MPI Exhaust determines that the returned product was used, modified, altered , tested or not in its original state when shipping from MPI Exhaust a return will not be issued. Restock Fee will apply to returned kits when the original kit was shipped correctly. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If customer determines the item doesn't fit they must provide 3 images in am email of the error or fitment issue to be eligible for a complete refund to show issue and that installation attempted. No shipping cost will be deducted. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method minus the Flat 30% restocking Fee. If the item was refused or redirected, the shipping for both directions will be subtracted from the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
