Free Shipping

All Orders are free ground shipping in the lower 48 states.  All other areas will have shipping rates applied 

Fulfillment & Shipping
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days of placement. Once your order has been completed and packaged, shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and are securely packaged, generally in a 90 lb. box to ensure safe delivery. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been picked up by the carrier, so you can monitor its progress.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives with any damaged parts or packaging issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Email clear photos of the damaged items along with your order number to  mikespipesinc@gmail.com so we can quickly assess the situation. Once reviewed, we will ship any necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend checking all components in your kit upon delivery and before beginning installation. Verifying all parts ahead of time helps prevent delays and ensures a smooth installation process.
