Fulfillment & Shipping

Shipping & handling costs are $29.95 as of May 1st 2026. Alaska and Canada orders will have extra shipping charges. All orders will have a 2-10 business day fulfillment window, followed by a 2-5 shipping time via the carrier. If any items are damaged, take a photo of the item and email us at mikespipesinc@gmail.com. 

Damaged Items
If your order arrives with any damaged parts or packaging issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Email clear photos of the damaged items along with your order number to  mikespipesinc@gmail.com so we can quickly assess the situation. Once reviewed, we will ship any necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend checking all components in your kit upon delivery and before beginning installation. Verifying all parts ahead of time helps prevent delays and ensures a smooth installation process.
