MPI Exhaust Warranty Policy

Coverage: This limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all Complete Stainless Steel kits from the date of purchase. It applies to normal use and only if the product remains unmodified and undamaged due to customer, installer, or retailer negligence. Note that workmanship does not include the installation of the kit.

Exclusions: MPI Exhaust Technologies is not liable for the costs associated with the installation or removal of defective products, labor, additional parts needed for the replacement, or return shipping. The warranty does not cover modifications or alterations to the product, cosmetic issues such as coatings, material discoloration, internal or surface rust, corrosion, peeling, blemishes, damage from extremes of temperature, damage to chrome plating, customer-applied aftermarket coatings, road hazards, lack of maintenance, loss of vehicle use, car rentals, towing, or other related expenses. It also excludes damage caused by burnout, paint, or parts blown out by a backfire. Additionally, the warranty does not cover inconvenience or consequential damages beyond those explicitly stated.

Limitations: MPI Exhaust Technologies' obligations under this warranty are limited to the cost of nonconforming parts. We reserve the right to change design, material, or specifications without prior notice. The warranty will not be honored if the terms are not met. It is non-transferable and excludes exhaust tips.

Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty will be void if proof of purchase is not provided, if the product is installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed, or if damage results from collisions or accidents. Any modifications or alterations to the product will also void the warranty.

MPI Exhaust Technologies - 3-Year Limited Warranty for Aluminized Systems

Coverage: This 3-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship kits from the date of purchase. It applies to normal use and only if the product remains unmodified and undamaged due to customer or installer negligence. Note that workmanship does not include the installation of the kit.

Exclusions: MPI Exhaust Technologies is not liable for installation or removal costs, labor, additional parts needed for the replacement, or return shipping.
